Terms of Service

By using Larisly (app.jat.my) you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Your content and sales

• What you create stays yours. You give us permission to store and show it only so the app works for you.
• You sell your own products to your own customers. You are responsible for your products, prices, refunds and taxes.
• Payments from your customers go through your own payment gateway account. Larisly takes no cut of your sales.

Acceptable use

Don't use Larisly for anything illegal, for scams, spam or misleading claims, or to sell products you have no right to sell. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly by card or FPX Direct Debit. You can cancel any time from Plan & billing, and you move to the Free plan at the end of the period you paid for.

Referrals

Referral commissions follow the terms shown on the Refer & earn page. We may withhold commission on self-referrals or fraud.

The service

We work to keep Larisly running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. We may change these terms and will tell you about important changes by email.
